Description

In this article, you will learn how to include the contents of INI Files into Inventory. In this example, we will use the Inventory scanner's configuration file "LDAPPL3.INI"

How To

1. Login to your Management Suite Console
2. Navigate to "Tools >> Reporting and Monitoring >> Managed Software List"
3. Select "Settings"
4. Right-Click "CfgFiles" and select "Properties"
5. Click "New"
6. Enter the following value: %ProgramFiles%\landesk\ldclient\data\LDAPPL3.INI
7. Click "OK"
8. Run a Full Sync Scan on a managed device to update client scanner
9. Review Inventory After Full Sync has Completed
10. Double Click "File Data" and Select "Extended Value"
