Description:
After the inventory scan, the information cannot update to console. You can see the SCN file is remain in ldscan folder after you enable the storage folder.
Check the event viewer, there is error : 'Unable to find a valid license'.
Resolution:
1. Check the licenses file under path: C:\Program Files\LANDesk\Shared Files\Keys
There are three files with .crt, .cer and .key existing. And the files name are same with the CertName in registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\Setup
2. Open the .key file with notepad, check the Computer=<computerName>, computer name is NOT FQDN.
The name same with the CoreServer in registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\Setup
